Convesio reviews – All about Convesio – users Q&A Review

Convesio is a scalable hosting for business critical WordPress sites. On Convesio, your site lives in containers hosted across multiple nodes in a cluster. Each site has 3 load balancer containers, 1+ WordPress containers and 5 Percona DB containers. We currently have clusters on AWS, Google, and Steadfast in USA, EU, and AU. Convesio is committed to providing exceptional speed, scalability, security, and service. Technologies in our stack include the following: LightHTTPD, NGINX, Apache (coming soon), MySQL Percona, MariaDB (coming soon) GlusterFS, Patchman, Cloudflare Enterprise, and Human Presence Bot Detection. One unique thing about our services is that we monitor every site 24/7 in 1 minute intervals and if there is ever an issue, our team will intervene to correct it. As an example, if you have a sudden Plugin issue that crashes your site at 3AM, our team will diagnose and take steps to resolve the issue.

Tom Fanelli, our CEO, has been involved in web hosting since 1995 and started one of the first digital agencies in Southwest Florida. Tom has held positions from startups to large public companies, hosting over a million websites.

Convesio’s customers range from SMB to Mid Market customers and include agencies, e-commerce sites, LMS, Membership and high traffic blogs. We are primarily focused on servicing less technical customers or those who do not want to manage servers, troubleshoot issues, and deal with more complex hosting issues.

Unlike many other hosting providers, most of our technology is proprietary and we do not use any off the shelf hosting platforms like cPanel, etc. We built Convesio from the ground up to be as fast as possible, easily scalable, multi-server, and very easy to use.

I have about 1000 questions about crowdfunding. If we were ever going to raise money this would be the way we would like to go. Biggest regrets/downside? Anything you would change if you had to do it all over again?

And why is Apache coming soon? I mean why would you even go for it?

Some customers have requested it… and some folks want it for compatibility with specific things they are doing in WordPress.

Give LiteSpeed a try, or actually OpenLitespeed (free). Can’t think of anything else more compatible with Apache 🙂

great things about our platform and containers is that adding different docker images for different Web Servers is relatively easy. I see alot of buzz on LightSpeed and its def on our radar.

to expand a bit, we are also going to be doing the same plug-and-play at the database level soon. Percona and MariaDB options available soon.
Nice to meet you, BTW!

Thanks guys, nice to meet you both. Before you say it’s nice you should know that I work for a web hosting company :))

Of course! I suspect most of the people we’re intereacting with are hosters, developers or both

You make a great impression of a very well balanced company, solid team work and amazing technical expertise. We need more players on the market like you!
The last minute, and one of my favorite ones: Redis or Memcached for object caching? 🙂
Once again, have a great one and hoping to meet you in person on HostingCon when it becomes an offline thing again

Redis! We are launching it soon.

“Unlike many other hosting providers, most of our technology is proprietary ” pretty bold claim when your entire affair depends on other peoples code 🙂 You have created your own control-panel by the sound of it and thats a good way of making business and having better control.
