Would someone be kind enough to point me to a group that can assist a relative newbie to themes and page builders and such? I am trying to get advice on themes and whether or not to use builders (Elementor) due to the overlap in some.
So a prod in the right direction for a group to ask these would be appreciated. Thanks!

If you have Elementor Pro you could just download their Hello theme, which is blank, and then use Elementor for all of the design including headers and footers. They have a set of templates included.
