I have been suggesting Siteground hosting to all my clients past few years, but looking at the reviews of it in this group, seems like it is no longer the best choice.
Could you please recommend good hosting for WordPress which has Cpanel or something similar to manage files and phpmyadmin.
Considering I have no knowledge of server administration.

Why CPanel? There are better options these days. Specifically Plesk if you need full set of CPanel functionality.
Cloudways vultr high frequency is the new choice it seems, everyone praise it.
I was using siteground until it really pissed off someone technical i employed… he insisted godaddy is much better.. its more expensive tho and I haven’t learned the cpanel yet which is a bit annoying.
Hosting analysis is very hard. I applaud your efforts to get your arms around from user perspectives and some objective data points. I wouldn’t use your site personally to evaluate hosts, as my short list is quite short. However, what you are doing is helping build awareness around some criteria to narrow it down.
I would feel more encouraged to see more of the quite excellent WordPress hosts in there and some other metrics.
