If problems with their servers causes your sites to go down you need a new host

Never heard of MochaHost, if that helps… use a known trusted good host is my suggestion.

WordPress Toolkit isn’t needed if the server has Softaculous installed. cPanel and DirectAdmin based providers usually have it installed.
In regard to downtime, how do you monitor your sites? First make sure they are not false positives or your IP isn’t getting blocked by monitoring them using multiple uptime monitors.
If you are sure, contact their support and see what they have to say about the downtimes.
s there not any host on your own vps guides around? Vps is best… As long as you can do dns, then you just run up a vps with Plesk on it. Faster and more reliable than shared hosting, you could probably do it for $20 a month, running a few sites on it. Gridpane also good, if you are running more than one or two sites.
