How to fix “Parts of this page are not secure”

I just moved one of my sites from Siteground WEB HOSTING to Cloudways CLOUD HOSTING. But now I’m getting “Parts of this page are not secure (such as images).”

Is there any easy way to fix this?

Answers:

Ditch the Really Simple SSL plugin and do it the right way. Fix the mixed content by doing a search and replace on the database and then force https with an htaccess script. (Among other steps)

Do they have a database search and replace feature? Replace all http URLs with https.

I’m thinking you could add your site on Cloudflare it’s a CDN and offers extra security plus saves you bandwidth. But they have an option to use secure https everywhere. And that would probably solve the issue.

Really simple ssl and then force ssl, check in general settings for the site url and make sure it’s Https,  reupload the images. That always fixes it. It’s just a mixed content issue.

SiteGround has a really simple way to fix this in their Siteground Optimizer tool plugin.
